Dollars the AI steps have cost today, this week or this month, overall or for one macro.

aiSpent(period) is the cloud model cost so far in period: "today", "week" or "month". aiSpent(period, macro) counts one macro only, by id, or "this" for the macro that is running.
The number is in dollars. It is read when the run starts and again after each model step in the run.
