Paste As opens a small panel over the clipboard. It lists what the clipboard can become, with a preview of each.

Paste as hotkey: Control Option V is the usual key. Record a new key, or choose None to turn it off.
Paste with AI uses: On-device only keeps the clipboard on this Mac and handles about 4,000 tokens. Cloud when needed uses your cloud model for longer text and shows its cost.
Tricks #
Return pastes the selected row. Command-Return copies it instead.
Command-1 to Command-9 pastes that row at once.
Type an instruction such as "as a bullet list" or "in French" and AI does it. Tab jumps to that line.
