App Actions
Choose which Mac apps' Shortcuts actions appear in Switchboard, and which agents may use.
Every Mac app with Shortcuts actions shows up here, with nothing for the app to do.
What's here #
A list of apps found. Each has two switches:
On: off hides the app from the step picker and the palette.
Agents may use: agents see only the apps with this on. It starts empty.
If an app you expected is missing, use Rescan. Some rows warn that a shortcut is out of date.
Tricks #
Switching an app off is the quick way to tidy a long step picker.
Agent access is per app, so you can allow one app and keep the rest closed.
