Switches macOS to dark mode or light mode, or toggles between them.

Details #
Sets the system appearance. mode is dark, light or toggle. Toggle is the default, and flips whichever mode is on now.
The output is dark or light, whichever is on afterwards, and the note says "Dark mode is on" or "Light mode is on".

Gotchas #
It changes the appearance through System Events, so Switchboard Engine needs Automation permission for it. Without it the step fails and points to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Automation.
In a dry run the step is simulated.
