Runs the macro when you select text on a page and stop for a moment.

Details #
Fires after the selection has stayed the same for 400 ms. minLength ignores short selections. The run starts with the page's inputs plus text and html of the selection. {{triggerValue}} is the text.

Every trigger also takes Limits: a cooldown, the first time each day, every nth time, twice within seconds, a chance, only while you are at the Mac, on one Mac, or in a State. See Limits on any trigger.
