Webhook rate limit
How many requests a minute each webhook route takes before it answers 429.

Where: Settings › Webhooks, the Requests a minute per route stepper.
Key: webhookRatePerMinute. Type: whole number. Default: 30. Range: 1 to 6000.
A route that is called more often answers 429 with a Retry-After header and the request runs nothing. The refusal shows in Activity > Not fired as "rateLimited".
