Hold time
Sets how long the palette hotkey is held before it acts on the selection.

Where: Settings › Advanced, under Palette hold, the Hold time stepper.
Key: paletteHoldMs. Type: whole number of milliseconds. Default: 350. Range: 150 to 1000, in steps of 50 in the stepper; other values in the file are brought into range.
A press shorter than this is a tap and opens the palette; a longer one is a hold and shows the actions for the selection. It has no effect while Hold the hotkey to act on the selection is off.
