Extension tools agents may use
Lists the tools added by extensions that you have switched on for MCP agents.

Where: Settings › Agents, under Extension tools agents may use, and on an extension's page in the Extensions window under Agent tools.
Key: mcpExposedExtensionTools. Type: a list of <extension id>/<tool id>. Default: empty, so no extension tool is visible to an agent.
An extension can add tools for agents. An agent sees only the ones you switch on. A tool that changes something asks for your approval before every use, the way Approval for agent runs says (never "don't ask"); a tool its author marked readOnly runs without asking. These calls are rate limited and traced with the agent's name like a macro run.
