Also show in the palette
Turns each kind of built-in palette row (rows that aren't macros) on or off.

Where: Settings › Palette, Also show: one checkbox per kind of row.
Key: paletteRows. Type: an object of true/false by kind ({"watch": false}). Default: empty; a kind that isn't listed is on.
Besides your macros, snippets and extensions' rows, the palette can show rows Switchboard makes itself, such as Watch this folder… in the Finder and your installed apps (apps: type two letters of an app's name and press Return to open it). Each kind has a checkbox; turn it off and the palette stops asking for those rows. Only the kinds you turn off are written to settings.json.
