POST /signins/{name}/refresh

Re-reads a sign-in's cookies from the browser it came from.

Details #

Reads the cookies again from the connected browser (the one the sign-in came from when it is connected), then clears the expired mark. Answers the updated item. 404 when there is no such sign-in; 409 with a plain-words reason when the browser isn't connected or has no cookies for the site (sign in there first).

Re-read a sign-in's cookies from its browser. The Unix socket needs no token; loopback 127.0.0.1:48080 needs Authorization: Bearer <api-token>.
