POST /held/{id}/run

Details #

Starts the macro with the inputs and the cause it was held with, and marks the held run released. The blocker is still there, so the run may fail. Returns {"runId": …} with status 202. 404 when it is no longer held.

Run a held run now, ignoring what blocks it. The Unix socket needs no token; loopback 127.0.0.1:48080 needs Authorization: Bearer <api-token>.
