GET /limits/{id}
Where each limited trigger of a macro stands: how many times it has run this period, whether it is cooling down.

Returns a list with one row for each trigger of the macro that has a Limits block: index (the trigger's place in when), line (the words the inspector shows, such as "Fired 2 of 3 times today · cooling down for 40 s"), occurrence (all-time runs), timesCount, timesMax and period when the block has times, cooldownLeft in seconds while cooling down, and lastRun (seconds since 1970).
