GET /apps/tools

The app actions an agent may call as MCP tools: only apps you put in "Agents may use".

Details #

Returns [{name, title, summary, type, app, readOnly, params}], where params is a JSON Schema built from the action's parameters. The MCP server lists these next to your macros. An app is absent until you allow it in Settings › App Actions › Agents may use, and a switched-off app is absent whatever you allowed.

Parameters #

curl --unix-socket "$SWITCHBOARD_HOME/engine.sock" -X GET http://localhost/apps/tools

The app actions an agent may call as MCP tools. The Unix socket needs no token; loopback 127.0.0.1:48080 needs Authorization: Bearer <api-token>.
