DELETE /signins/{name}
Deletes a saved sign-in; the engine keeps it for five minutes so it can be restored.

Removes the sign-in from the Keychain. The engine holds it in memory for five minutes, so POST /signins/{name}/restore can bring it back without the app ever seeing a cookie value. 404 when there is no such sign-in.
