read_screen
Returns the text on a session app's window, with each line's frame, and the app's window list.

Text recognition on the app's front window, so it works for apps that describe nothing to Accessibility. It returns text and frames, never a picture, and only for the session's own apps: the whole screen is not on offer. Needs the Screen Recording permission. Read-only.
