Reads the app's accessibility tree and returns the elements that match, each with a locator, its role, title, identifier, frame, a relevance score and its text. ui_act accepts only a locator returned here during the session, or one that resolves at 70% or better against the live window. A password field comes back marked secure with no text. An app that does not describe its elements says so in note. Read-only: it never needs approval, and it works in every Direct control mode.
