install_extension
Installs an extension folder in Develop mode after the user approves its permissions.
Details #
Runs the same check as check_extension and, only if it passes, asks the user for approval. The approval card names the extension, says it is unsigned and turns on Develop mode, and lists every permission it asks for in words. When the user approves, the folder is loaded as a development copy and the install is traced byAgent with the client's name, in the extension's own log.

Gotchas #
The user can remove the extension again in Extensions › Installed; the folder stays where it is.
Agents are held to the shared limit of 60 calls a minute.
