switchboard hooks
Lists the webhook routes macros listen on, with methods, auth, reach and the last request.
Details #
switchboard hooks prints one line per route from GET /hooks: the route, the methods it takes, the auth kinds, the reach, whether it waits for a reply and the status of the last request. The macros that listen are indented below it; a macro that is turned off has a dash, and a route whose macros are all off says off after the reach, because a call to it runs nothing.

If the engine is not running the command exits with 69 and says how to start it.
