Passes while a named State, such as Deep work, is on; negate it for "not in".

Details #
Passes while the State is on. Use it as an Only if or in an If step. Every condition accepts "negate": true, which flips the verdict, so "not in Deep work" is the same condition negated.
A State that does not exist is an error, so a typo shows up in the trace instead of silently never running.
