Coming from BetterTouchTool

Switchboard imports BetterTouchTool presets and, with no export at all, BetterTouchTool's own data store (File › Import…). Every one of the 673 actions and 544 triggers in BetterTouchTool 6.977 has an entry: it becomes a step or trigger that runs, a palette macro, a layer or a menu bar item, or it is listed as not imported with the reason.

• Actions: 673 actions by category. 77 of them are window actions that run in the free Window extension from the gallery; 277 are not imported.

• Triggers: 544 triggers by category, with the gesture each trackpad entry becomes.

• Conditions: the values BetterTouchTool's condition editor offers.

Reading the review #

The review counts triggers and actions that map, notes the ones that were guessed, and names the extensions the import needs (Install Window to run 23 steps). An entry that is not imported keeps its original data in an unsupported.btt step and its macro imports disabled.
